In the 'Upload Employee Data' section, download the 'Data Template.' Complete this Excel file with your employee data. When complete, use the 'Upload Data' box to upload your employee data into PayLab.
HOW DO I UPLOAD MY SURVEY DATA?
In the 'Upload Market Data' section, use the 'Upload Files' box to upload your survey data files.
HOW DO I UPLOAD JOB DESCRIPTIONS OR ORGANISATION CHARTS?
In the 'Upload Supporting Files' section, use the 'Upload Files' box to upload any additional supporting files, which will be useful to the pay benchmarking process. For example, this might be job descriptions or organisation charts.
WHAT FORMAT DOES MY DATA NEED TO BE IN?
Employee and survey data should be uploaded in .XLS format which is a standard Excel spreadsheet file. Other files such as job descriptions or organisation charts can be uploaded in Word, PowerPoint or PDF files.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY DATA IS INCOMPLETE?
Please try to fill out as much information as possible in your employee data download before uploading to PayLab. If you have any problems or need advice on what data is essential to include, please contact your Reward Consultant.
